About Me
Collaborating with clients to work towards the changes they desire has been a passion of mine for over 25 years. I enjoy working with people as part of their team of change, specifically dealing with grief and loss, trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Understanding barriers, developing strength-based coping skills, and utilizing a support system are essential in a person's work towards their goal, plus doing the hard work to effect change. I utilize multiple techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy (EMDR), Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and consideration of the whole person. Partnership is key in developing a realistic goal and effective treatment plan. Doing this work in a safe, non-judgmental space provides the connection and understanding essential for growth.
