About Me
I am a licensed mental health counselor and nationally certified counselor in the state of Florida. I specialize in the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), trauma, anxiety and depression. I am trained in exposure and response prevention. In sessions, I use a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, ego state therapy, ERP, and EMDR. I believe that every person has within them the resources they need to succeed. Through counseling I seek to facilitate your journey of self-discovery and autonomy. I practice through a multicultural and trauma-focused lens to empower clients of all ages and all walks of life. My goal is to create a safe space for my clients' experiences, feelings, and transformation through my use of empathy, understanding, and validation.
