About Me
My practice offers services to individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress, and obsessive compulsive disorders. Additionally, I work with families endeavoring to support a loved one who experiences emotion dysregulation and suicidality as well as families who are navigating LGBTQ+ identities. Together, we develop strategies to cope with distress and problems so that you have more bandwidth to make choices based on who you are and what you want out of life. Navigating difficult thoughts and emotions is just one part of healing. The rest comes from living the life that is right for you. Wherever you are, together we can find what's possible.
Education & Experience
I completed a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work at the University of West Florida and became licensed to practice independently in 2017. I earned a doctorate in clinical social work at the University of Pennsylvania in 2025. My research focused on the experience and impact of adversity and oppression within families that include LGBTQIA+ folks. Clinically, I'm interested in the the ways in which adverse socialization practices in families and culture result in mental health symptoms.
