Matt McNutt, LMFT
About Me
I recognize the lasting impact that past traumatic experiences can have on your life, contributing to negative core beliefs, anxiety, depression, and difficulty coping with life's challenges. Embarking on the path of healing and personal growth requires a focus on self. Whether you're currently facing challenges or dealing with past traumas, the initial step towards improvement involves self-reflection and self-improvement.
In my capacity as an LMFT and EMDR Therapist, I guide individuals in overcoming obstacles they encounter. Drawing from my clinical knowledge and diverse experiences, I offer evidence-based treatments for a broad spectrum of mental health concerns. Specializing in adult individual therapy, I address issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and other mood disorders. As an EMDR therapist, I can assist you in reprocessing past traumas that may be impacting your current well-being.
My commitment is to create a secure, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for my clients. Employing an eclectic, holistic, and personalized therapeutic approach, I utilize evidence-based techniques like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused, mindfulness-based interventions, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My areas of expertise encompass anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma-related conditions.
