About Me
As a licensed therapist in Washington state, I work with adults, seniors, and teens looking to heal from trauma and live meaningful and rich lives. I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, perfectionism, rigid thinking, and many other issues. Many of my clients are high achievers, and they struggle with balancing work and life demands. Many are experiencing challenges with relationships at work and at home. I also work with clients experiencing grief and loss. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and EMDR to ground our work, I help my clients to better understand their motivations, emotions, and values so they may engage fully in their lives and achieve their goals. As a certified executive coach and trainer, I work with leaders and teams to help clarify goals, values, and intentions. I help leaders and teams understand themselves and their relationships in ways that generate increased performance and better outcomes.
