About Me

I believe that hope, wholeness, and peace are all possible, even when the story you're carrying isn't the one you wished for. I'm trained in EMDR through EMDRIA, and I especially love this work with women healing from birth trauma, veterans and service members, and clients carrying childhood trauma, insecure attachment, or negative beliefs about themselves. EMDR helps distressing memories lose their grip, often without needing to talk through every painful detail.

My goal is to partner with you in discovering your own, unique ability to heal, and to help you find your way back to a fuller, more grounded sense of yourself. I welcome your honest self, and honor it as a valuable member in the family of things.
