About Me
I enjoy helping people live their best lives and use a variety of methods including EMDR and Internal Family Systems Therapy to help them achieve that. I provide telehealth for anyone in the state of Louisiana and also in person sessions. I am body and sex-positive and LGBTQIA+ allied.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's in Psychology and Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. IFS Level 1 completed. Almost 30 years experience working with people with mental health and substance abuse issues. Areas of focus include: physical, emotional, and sexual trauma.
