About Me
I see therapy as a collaborative space where you can talk honestly, sort through what’s been weighing on you, and work toward real change at a pace that feels manageable. I work with women, teens, and young adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions, including the emotional impact of hormonal and reproductive health challenges. I use EMDR and trauma-informed approaches to help process past experiences while also focusing on practical skills you can use outside of session. If this sounds like a good fit, I’d be glad to connect and see if working together feels right for you.
