About Me
I love therapy and I believe that EMDR can be life changing. I also respect that trauma work can be daunting and I believe that to be effective therapy needs to be collaborative. My goal as a therapist is to be empathetic and direct, meeting clients where they are at to effectively work towards their goals.
Education & Experience
I've been in practice for 8 years and graduated with my Masters from the University of Utah. I've worked with many clients with a range of traumatic experiences and who also have experiences anxiety, OCD, and/or depression. In addition to EMDR, I also pull from other therapeutic modalities to support treatment including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Somatic Approaches.
