About Me
My approach to therapy is real, direct, and collaborative. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model or talking in circles that don’t lead anywhere. Instead, I work alongside you—offering honest feedback, practical tools, and steady support. I want therapy to feel useful and connected to your everyday life. I draw from both my professional training and personal experience, which allows me to meet clients with empathy, insight, and a deep understanding of how change actually happens.
Education & Experience
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade working in addiction treatment and mental health facilities. That experience shaped how I practice today, especially when working with trauma, anxiety, and substance issues. I’ve seen firsthand that lasting change requires more than just awareness. It takes trust, structure, and an approach that truly fits the person. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, challenged when needed, and supported every step of the way.
