About Me
I specialize in working with kids (ages 3 and up), teens, young adults, and families who are struggling with a range of problems related to trauma, anxiety, depression or mood issues, family issues, or other mental health challenges. Sometimes my clients are struggling with friend issues, problems at school, or managing changing family dynamics due to divorce. Other clients may be struggling with adoption or attachment-related issues.

Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College (2004); Bachelor's in Psychology (German minor) from Boston University (2002); Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); National Board Certified Counselor (NCC); 20 years of counseling experience
