About Me
Meghan is a Master's level licensed independent mental health practitioner and licensed alcohol and drug counselor. Meghan specializes in treating children, adolescents, and adults with trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. She believes everyone is doing the best they can with what they’ve been given in life and that everyone deserves the chance to feel supported and connected.
Education & Experience
Meghan is trained in EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Substance Use Disorders, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
