About Me

My approach is relational, attachment-focused, and trauma-informed. I integrate EMDR, sandplay, and somatic practices to help clients access parts of themselves that words alone can’t always reach. I believe therapy should feel safe enough to be honest and steady enough to take risks. Together we will focus on building safety, curiosity, and capacity so your system can do what it already knows how to do.
