About Me
Since 2005 Dr. Wilde has provided mental health services to individuals through her work at the following organizations: Community Research Foundation (San Diego), the Cognitive Therapy Institute (San Diego), and the Mental Health Center of Denver (Colorado). Additionally, through her work at the Mental Health Center of Denver, Dr. Wilde has played an integral role in the training of future clinical psychologists. Dr. Wilde has extensive experience in working with individuals who are living with and beyond anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, and substance use disorders. Additionally, Dr. Wilde has training and experience in working with individuals who present with severe and persistent mental health concerns. Dr. Wilde approaches her work with clients in a collaborative and compassionate manner. She enjoys partnering with her clients to help them live more fulfilled lives. She utilizes evidence-based clinical interventions with a Cognitive Behavioral orientation, while also incorporating mindfulness into her practice. Dr. Wilde has additional expertise in providing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). Dr. Wilde enjoys working with people both in individual therapy as well as group therapy to assist her clients in reaching their therapeutic goals, address barriers to change, help them to connect to their resilience, and walk with them on their healing journey. Dr. Wilde believes that every person has the capacity to grow and live their best life possible.
Education & Experience
Dr. Meghan Wilde is a licensed clinical psychologist in Colorado. She completed her undergraduate degree in psychology at Southeast Missouri State University, Missouri. She went on to complete her Master’s (M.A.) and Doctorate Degree (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology at Alliant International University (California School of Professional Psychology), California.
