About Me

I am a married, mother of one whose life experiences brought me to the field of social work and clinical therapy. I believe that everyone can recover from the creative, but often destructive, tendencies that come out of their experiences of complex and relational trauma. I am passionate about supporting my clients on their journey from surviving to thriving!
