About Me

I am passionate about helping my clients heal from the negative beliefs about themselves that are behind their anxiety, depression, codependence, and other struggles, to help them live their life authentically and confidently. I am a military veteran and former law enforcement officer, and enjoy helping clients live fully in the present.
