About Me

I am passionate about helping my clients heal from anxiety, depression, and codependence as they reprocess old negative beliefs about themselves that are deeply rooted in their experiences of physical, mental, and spiritual trauma. In so doing, they become able to live their life authentically and confidently. In the transformational process, we work together to apply the healing across domains in life including relationships and marriage, parenting, existential being and spirituality. As a military veteran, former law enforcement officer, and mother, I have a deep understanding of the joys and distresses of service to others, and how transforming negative beliefs about self can create authentic change and dramatically reduce emotional distress. I welcome clients of all faith/non-faith backgrounds, and I am happy to support clients who self-identify as Christian as they embrace their faith in their healing process.
