About Me
I have 17 years of social work experience providing individual therapy to youth and adults struggling with a range of mild to extremely complex social and mental health issues. I use a combination of therapeutic approaches that includes: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy (Working towards certification) Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) Brief Solution Focused Therapy Mindfulness Client Centered Strengths based As a social worker I am also trained in connecting you with the appropriate community resources to help you achieve your goals.
