If you are feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about life changes I'd like to help. If you feel like you’ve hit a stuck place and don’t know what to do next, you’ve come to the right place. Finding the right person to share your story with can be a tough decision- let me share with you a bit about myself to help make your decision easier! I am passionate about working with adults facing addiction, life transitions, forming healthier relationships- with oneself as well as with others and those needing to address traumatic experiences. I also focus on working with individuals, depression, anxiety, life stressors and so on! I believe that therapy is not one size fits all- and we can collaborate to figure out what works best for you.
