Education & Experience

I have worked as a therapist in Sacramento and the surrounding neighborhoods of Carmichael, Citrus Heights, and Fair Oaks for over twenty years in a variety of school and residential treatment settings, and have maintained a private practice since 1997. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families impacted by grief/loss, trauma, domestic violence, sexual abuse, chemical/co-dependency, compulsive behavior, anger/impulse control problems, and life role transitions.
