About Me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with years of experience supporting individuals who have been impacted by trauma, anxiety, depression and addiction. I am a previous firefighter EMT that experienced the havoc that PTSD can cause. After healing through my own therapy, I realized I had a unique opportunity to help others walk through the journey of healing as a therapist. I am passionate about helping first responders and anyone who has experienced the impact of trauma.
Education & Experience
I received my masters in counseling psychology from California Lutheran University. I have worked in a community mental health clinic, an intensive outpatient program for teens, The Meadows of Malibu residential dual diagnosis treatment, and private practice.
