About Me

I have over a decade of experience in helping people through a wide array of struggles, with a primary focus on trauma, depression and anxiety. I work with individuals ages 15 and up.

I am a licensed clinical social worker who holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Kansas. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including solutions-focused therapy and somatic experiencing. My primary treatment modality is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), in which I hold full certification.
