About Me
Your mind never shuts off. You’ve reflected, Googled coping skills, maybe even been to therapy before. You have insight and awareness, but still feel stuck. You replay conversations, second-guess yourself, and hold yourself to impossibly high standards, yet somehow still feel like you’re not quite “good enough.” From the outside, you seem put together. Internally, you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or just tired of carrying it all. It’s exhausting.
At some point, it stops being about self-awareness… and starts being about actually feeling different. I work with women who are ready to move out of overthinking, perfectionism, and trauma, and feel more calm, confident, and at ease in their own minds. Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath the anxiety and untangle the patterns that keep you stuck.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-focused work. This isn’t just about managing symptoms. It’s about creating real, lasting shifts so you’re not stuck in the same cycles. You don’t have to keep doing this on your own. If this resonates, you’re welcome to reach out or schedule a free consultation through my website.
Education & Experience
I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
I am an EMDRIA Certified Therapist and continue to pursue advanced education in trauma and anxiety. I often integrate EMDR with Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Before opening my private practice, I worked in group practice and community mental health settings supporting individuals navigating complex trauma, anxiety, and burnout. I bring a trauma-informed, client-centered lens to every session.
