About Me

I am a licensed LPC-S therapist and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional II who has collaborated with trauma survivors since 2004. I offer a safe space to work with both the mind and the body using EMDR, somatic, experiential, and mindfulness-based practices to help you heal your trauma, foster your resiliency, and awaken your potential. I fully believe that a collaborative approach to healing is necessary as we work together to achieve your personal goals.

Education & Experience

I graduated from the University of North Texas in 1993 with a degree in psychology. I completed my Master's program in Community Counseling at Texas State University in 2003. I worked with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse for over 15 years. I have also worked with and supported individuals and families involved in the criminal justice and juvenile justice fields for over 10 years. My personal calling is to assist people on their hero/heroine's journey to heal and discover their own post-traumatic growth.
