About Me
I enjoy using EMDR with folks looking to heal from single-incident or complex trauma, anxiety, and depression and also have specialized training to work with eating disorders including binge eating and difficult relationships with food and body from a HAES perspective--all bodies are welcome here! I can also incorporate Christian faith in our work if requested.
