About Me
My practice includes individuals, families and couples. I have a passion for working with teens and young adults! I have specialized in working with eating disordered individuals since 1995. I also have expertise in adoption related issues. I love helping all of my clients, whether it be improving their relationships, teaching healthy coping skills, educating them on communication skills, assisting them in improving their self-esteem or helping them to develop a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. I treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples.
