About Me

I have over 25 years experience of different capacities in the mental health field. I am certified in EMDR and am a Consultant in Training, (under Amy Wagner EMDR Consultant). The following are certifications I hold: EMDR Certified, Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) by the International Association of Trauma Professionals, Eating Disorders Certificate, Trauma Art Narrative Therapy (TANT), Co-Occurring Disorders Professional Diplomate (CCDPD), Disaster and Crisis Outreach and Referral Professional (DCORP). NOVA training was completed in 2001. My work experience in Emergency Medical Services (EMT and Paramedic Crew Chief) has provided me personal experience in managing a variety of crisis situations, post-crisis debriefings as well as first hand knowledge of what first responders experience.
