Mrs. Michelle Lepine, LMFT
About Me
Welcome! I have been practicing therapy since 2013 and graduated with my MS in 2014. Throughout my years working as a therapist, I have always been passionate about working with individuals who have experienced distressing or traumatic events and debilitating anxiety. I have found that there is usually some kind of trauma lying underneath most of our symptoms. Life can be so difficult at times, and sometimes we really just need someone on our side who can help support and guide us towards growth and healing. I specialize in working with motivated women struggling with trauma, anxiety, and perfectionism.
Education & Experience
I received my MS in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marital and Family Therapy from California Lutheran University in 2014. From 2013-2014, I worked at the CLU Community Counseling Center. I spent several years working in community mental health with various populations, including with children, adolescents, foster youth, and adults in the CalWorks program. I have spent the last 5+ years working in a group private practice focusing primarily on trauma. In early 2022, I began my training in EMDR and opened up my own practice focusing primarily on trauma, anxiety, and perfectionism.
