Education & Experience

I graduated from Texas Tech University, with a Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2017. In 2015, I received a Bachelors of Science in Community, Family, and Addiction Sciences. The majority of my experience is from working with those affected by substance use addiction, trauma, grief, and many other issues at various dual-diagnosis treatment centers. At each previous work experience, I also provided weekly family support programs; consisting of multi-family groups, family therapy sessions, education, & resources for loved ones to find community and support. Lastly, I’m experienced in Medical Family Therapy, working in hospital settings with adults, parents, & families battling terminal illnesses. I provided emotional support & tools to cope and adjust to major life transitions from medical situations. I started my private practice, Phases Therapy, PLLC, in 2021. I prioritize professional growth, particularly within my specialty areas.
