About Me

My approach integrates EMDR, parts work, somatic interventions, and feminist theory to support healing from trauma, processing difficult emotions, and understanding the ways personal experiences and broader social systems shape our lives. I believe healing involves both the mind and body, and I strive to create a compassionate, collaborative space where clients can deepen self-understanding, reconnect with their inner resources, and move toward meaningful change.

My clinical work is grounded in a passion for social justice and a commitment to understanding how systemic inequities, power, and oppression impact mental health and well-being. I value culturally responsive, trauma-informed care that honors each person's lived experience, strengths, and inherent dignity.

Education & Experience

My clinical experience includes residential and outpatient treatment, clinical leadership, and somatic psychotherapy with adults, adolescents, young adults, couples, and justice-involved populations. I specialize in substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and trauma-informed care, integrating EMDR, IFS-informed parts work, somatic interventions, and evidence-based practices to support emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and sustained recovery. My broader professional background includes group facilitation, coaching, and program leadership, with an emphasis on relationships, emotional well-being, personal empowerment, and social justice. Across settings, I strive to provide collaborative, culturally responsive care that honors each person's lived experience, strengths, and capacity for healing.
