Education & Experience

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor as well as Approved Clinical Supervisor of BCACC. I have worked for a government and not-for-profit agencies for over 16 years in mental health. I am trained in various therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, EFFT, IFS and Expressive Play Therapy. I tailor my services to support you and your needs on your life journey, so that you can feel less pain, gain more clarity, and hope.
