About Me
As a therapist, I have advanced training in working with adults experiencing trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, and the emotional impact of demanding life or work roles. I often support people in high-stress professions—such as healthcare providers, first responders, educators, and other professionals—as well as individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves after difficult experiences. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and respectful of each client’s needs. I believe healing happens best when you feel safe, understood, and supported in the process. EMDR therapy is central to my work, and I thoughtfully integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients build insight, emotional regulation, and resilience. My background in education strongly informs how I work as both a therapist and consultant. I am skilled at explaining complex concepts in clear, practical ways and helping people understand not just what we are doing in therapy or consultation, but why. This allows clients and consultees to feel informed, grounded, and actively engaged in their growth and decision-making.
