About Me
“My passion is to provide a safe space for people to heal and overcome life challenges. Every person is unique and I tailor counseling to each individual and their situation. I like to help people tap into their own strengths and resources, as well as introducing new tools and skills that will help them feel better and cope with challenging or traumatic situations”. I am a licensed clinical social worker passionate about working with people who have experienced trauma and violence against women issues. I have received extensive training in these areas and many individuals have seen significant improvements in their lives and relationships during and after therapy. With over 10 years of experience in the field of advocacy and mental health, I am passionate in my approach to therapy. As an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) certified clinician, I participate in ongoing consultation and advanced trainings to further and refine knowledge and practice of EMDR, and treating individuals who have experienced trauma.
