About Me

Molly Insogna, LMSW, is a trauma-informed therapist and substance use counselor specializing in the treatment of complex trauma, addiction, anxiety, and dissociative symptoms. She works with adolescents and adults, integrating Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), somatic-based interventions, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients safely process traumatic experiences and build internal resilience.
