About Me
I use a solution focused approach in therapy and recognize that you are the expert of your story. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), narrative therapy, and art therapy.
Education & Experience
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Colorado State University. I have previously worked in community mental health and have experience treating severe mental illness, in suicide prevention, trauma, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse. I also have experience treating first responders, military, and veterans with the goal of helping them to excel in their personal and professional lives.
