About Me
I believe we all have a deep desire to be truly seen, known, and understood in this life. Yet many of us feel disconnected from our authentic selves, stuck in patterns we long to change but struggle to overcome. We may face emotional numbness, racing thoughts, relentless perfectionism, or days where getting out of bed feels impossible. In these moments, shame can deepen our isolation from others and even ourselves. Breaking free from this cycle can begin with being seen and known. I prioritize building relationships with my clients based on trust, safety, and compassion— key elements for healing and hope. You are the expert of your own life, and I am passionate about assisting you in identifying your internal strengths to help you process and overcome difficult emotions, events, or relationships. I use diverse therapeutic techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Somatic Experiencing (SE), as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to inform my approach. I enjoy working with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, chronic stress, trauma, and relational conflicts. I also specialize in embodiment techniques and use a holistic approach to find deeper healing for both body and mind.
