I'm a trauma informed, culturally sensitive, inclusive therapist, business owner, wife, mom, recovering perfectionist and people pleaser - I create a warm, open space to help you (re)connect with your authentic self - the most real YOU. I practice from an attachment, insight focused and humanistic based perspective with somatic tools and EMDR to help you be free, embrace and fully believe - in your bones - in your worth and in your good, capable and lovable self. Current passion in EMDR: To help you heal from your toxic shame.

2007 - BA in Pre-Med and Psychology from Wheaton College 2011 - MA in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton College, Wheaton, IL Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist for Couples (EFCT) and Individuals (EFIT) 2024 - Trained in EMDR (incl. Advanced Training in "Evicting Toxic Shame") Ongoing group and individual supervision towards EMDR certification
