About Me
I am passionate about helping my clients move past negative and overwhelming thoughts that hold them back as well as working with clients seeking both relief and personal growth. My therapeutic style is collaborative, non-judgmental, honest with empathy, compassionate, and respectful. I use an integrated approach to treatment to meet the individual needs of my clients including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, and other evidence-based approaches and practices.
Education & Experience
I graduated from New York University with a Master of Social Work. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been working with adults, adolescents, children, families, caregivers, and parents for over 10 years. I have also provided clinical supervision for licensed and pre-licensed clinicians, peer mentoring, and academic/career advisement.
