About Me

For years, I have honed a distinctive client-centered and client-driven therapy style, creating a safe and accepting environment where clients can authentically explore their true selves. I advocate for clients to embrace who they are without reservation and meet them at their current stage. Strongly attune to client and personal intuition, I offer a deeply empathic and individualized set of tools for realigning incongruent elements of one’s self and values. As a highly sensitive person, I am passionate about helping you investigate all lanes of existence through this lens. Through attachment and core issues work, I provide a grounded, holistic, and action-oriented approach to re-centering my client’s relationship with themselves, their environment, as well as their relationships with others. I also have a vehement curiosity for diving into and exploring innate knowings to find a clearer and more vivid understanding of those messages and channels in your life. Often referred to by others as an “old soul”, I'm a casual conversationalist, deep thinker, collector of books, absorber of podcasts/articles, often wearing sneakers, and habitually reading my horoscope. If this sounds like your energy, I would love to connect.
