About Me

I'm an accredited EMDR Consultant working with adults, children, and adolescents, and I offer clinical supervision for EMDR practitioners at every stage of their journey — from those newly trained to clinicians navigating complex casework.
I work relationally, integratively, and intuitively, with the therapeutic relationship at the center of everything I do. My practice weaves together EMDR, Compassionate Inquiry, ACT, attachment theory, and psychodynamic thinking — shaped around each person rather than applied as a formula. My clinical background includes work as a Psychiatric Nurse at the South London and Maudsley NHS Trust, across inpatient, community, perinatal, and youth services, so I'm equally comfortable with complex and serious presentations, not only trauma.
I completed the year-long Compassionate Inquiry professional training with Dr. Gabor Maté, and have brought that approach into my EMDR work to deepen its relational and somatic dimensions. I also hold advanced training in Flash EMDR, EMDR 2.0, IFS-Informed EMDR, Attachment-Informed EMDR, Deep Brain Reorientation, and Trauma-Focused ACT.
