About Me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist trained in the Rogerian Person Centered (Humanistic) approach and licensed in California, Colorado and New Mexico. I received my Master’s of Arts in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s College. I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma and have worked with clients between the ages 5 to 85 years old. I also provide support for individuals struggling with anxiety, addiction, codependency, relationship concerns, trauma as well as other general concerns.
