About Me
My passion is helping people find hope, connection and healthy communication in their life and relationships. If you are looking for the root cause of issues in your life and want strategies to becoming "unstuck", my goal is to form a strong therapeutic relationship with each client to help create a unique treatment specifically tailored for you. My approach is research-supported and holistic, and I treat a variety of needs ranging from relationship/marital issues, anxiety, depression, stress, PTSD, trauma, family/marital issues, pre-marital, blended families, infidelity, abuse , addictions, and many more.
Education & Experience
I received my Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy (MMFT) from The King’s University in Southlake, TX and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have experience working at in-patient rehabilitation facilities, private practice, and non-profit settings with a wide variety of populations.
