About Me

If you've done some healing work and still feel stuck — like part of you knows what happened, but your nervous system hasn't quite caught up — you're not alone, and you're likely in the right place.
I'm Nancy, a licensed clinician and trauma therapist based in the La Mesa/San Diego area. Through my private practice, SOULFLO Therapy. My work centers on EMDR as a primary modality, woven together with Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Brainspotting to meet the full complexity of how trauma lives in the mind, body, and the parts of us that learned to cope.
One of the things that sets my practice apart is that I offer therapy in an intensive format — extended, focused sessions that allow us to move through trauma more efficiently than traditional weekly therapy. For clients who are motivated and ready, this format can create meaningful shifts in a shorter period of time.
I believe healing isn't linear, and no two people's paths look the same. That's why I begin with a thoughtful intake consultation to get to know you, understand your history, and determine together which approach is the best fit for where you are right now.
If you're curious about whether trauma intensives or EMDR might be right for you, I'd love to connect.
