About Me
I deeply enjoy working with individuals who are working towards learning how to be embodied and develop greater relational health with themselves and the world around them. I specialize in issues related to sexual health and functioning, relational trauma, gender and sexual identity exploration, and self-esteem. I believe my clients are the experts of their own experience and my role is to be a supportive guide as they seek healing and self-realization.
Education & Experience
I am an AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist and Sexuality Educator, as well as an iRest Yoga Nidra Level 1 teacher.
