Education & Experience

I received my Bachelors degree from Mount St. Joseph University in Cincinnati Ohio, double majoring in social work and sociology in 2013. I went on to receive my Master’s Degree in social work in 2023 from Youngstown State University. I currently hold my Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Certification which has provided me with invaluable knowledge in relation to my clinical practice. I am a Certified Yoga Teacher and incorporate aspects of yoga, breath, and movement into my practice when appropriate. I have predominately worked in community mental health and have a passion for working with teens and young adults in navigating the unique challenges that exist for this population. I am trained in EMDR and utilize aspects of IFS/Parts work, aspects of somatic psychotherapy, as well as other experiential models.
