About Me

I am currently a school based social worker with Cadence Care Network, primarily working with individuals of high school age as well as young adults. I’m really passionate about providing trauma-focused care and assisting individuals with achieving health and wellness in whatever that means for them. I currently only work within the school setting and do not accept referrals outside of my school placement

Education & Experience

I received my Bachelors degree from Mount St. Joseph University in Cincinnati Ohio, double majoring in social work and sociology in 2013. I went on to receive my Master’s Degree in social work in 2023 from Youngstown State University. I am a Certified Yoga Teacher and also hold my CDCA (Chemical Dependency and Counseling Assistant Certification). I have predominately worked in community mental health and have a passion for working with teens and young adults. I am trained in EMDR and utilize aspects of IFS/Parts work, aspects of somatic psychotherapy, incorporating yoga into practice when appropriate, as well as other experiential models
