Natalie Esposito, LMHC
About Me
Natalie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about helping people navigate life’s toughest moments and find healing after trauma. She believes that everyone’s experience with mental health is unique and works hard to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and tailored to each individual.
Natalie helps clients build coping tools that draw on their own strengths, so they can face challenges with greater confidence and resilience. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and empowering—focused on helping you find peace, regain control, and move forward at your own pace.
She has specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Natalie also has experience working with children and families through Child & Family Traumatic Stress Intervention (CFTSI) and has extensive training in forensic interviewing from the National Child Advocacy Center.
