About Me
Are you looking for someone to help you deal with anxiety and get to the roots of it? That is my specialty. If you are overthinking, overwhelmed by feelings, feeling numb, worried, or having Imposter Syndrome I'd like to help. If your childhood was challenging, if you're feeling triggered, EMDR has a way of helping you get past your past. If you have low self-esteem and need to build your confidence or feel like you're not in control or feel bad about things that happened in the past, I am good at helping people with that. If you've lived through things that you wish hadn't happened, big or small and feel like you need help dealing with it all, I'm here for you. If you're dealing with discrimination, cultural differences, or international living, travel and work issues, you're in the right place. First and second-generation issues, expats, location independents and nomads are my sub-specialty.
EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) are my primary approaches.
In addition, I draw on a lifetime of experience and reading in psychology, personal growth and wellness, so I may incorporate information from many sources.
Appointments are exclusively online.
