About Me
As a registered specialised CPTSD trauma informed counsellor I am dedicated to helping people move from merely surviving to thriving. Many of us find ourselves stuck in repeating patterns—feeling overwhelmed by insecurity, loneliness, perfectionism, sadness, or anger—and unsure how to shift toward lasting change. My work focuses on helping you gently rebuild a compassionate, trusting relationship with yourself. I help you make sense of inner conflicts and self-protective patterns that may have once helped you cope, but no longer serve you. With warmth and curiosity, we trace your experiences back to the attachment patterns that shaped them, allowing your reactions to make sense in the context of your story. Together, we create a safe space to notice what your body is telling you and understand why certain feelings or reactions show up. With that awareness, things that once felt heavy or out of control can become more understandable and easier to work with.
My approach supports gradual, sustainable healing—nurturing self-trust, safety, and genuine connection with yourself and others.
