I offer integrative mental health and wellness services. Mental health therapy options include trauma work / EMDR, animal-assisted therapy with canines, and LGBTQ* affirming therapy. Education & Experience
PhD - Spanish, MA - Clinical Counseling, MA - Comparative Literature, BA - Psychology with Minor in Philosophy, CPDT-KA - Certified Professional Dog Trainer, Practitioner - American Tai Chi and Qi Gong Association I have worked for and with the Transgender Resource Center of New Mexico in various roles. My service project with Public Allies New Mexico facilitated continuing education on gender diversity. I have professional experience working for the New Mexico Immigrant Law Center, for Public Allies New Mexico, and for the University of New Mexico Office of Equal Opportunity. My dissertation examined socio-historic attitudes about gender and intersections between racial / ethnic diversity and gender norms.
