About Me

I work with adults experiencing high functioning burnout, trauma, anxiety and depression in emerging adults, first and second-generation immigrant identity stress, and intergenerational trauma. We may work on anxiety management skills, nervous system regulation, processing traumatic experiences through EMDR, strengthening boundaries, and challenging unhelpful thought patterns.

Education & Experience

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and a Master's of Social Work from the University of Michigan. I have over 6 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults in both MI and NY, across community mental health, collaborative care and private practice settings.
